[quote]
By the replacing of the return hoses of the injectors last weekend I noticed some small bubbles between the pre-chamber and cylinder head of number two. This means that the seal of the pre-chamber and cylinder head is broken and I have some work to do.

Arranged the special tools and purchased some spacer rings and nozzle washer. Checked that a MB-dealer have a pre-chamber in storage.

Started with the remove of the injector. Then removed the glow plug.
As next turn the treated ring out with a special socket.
Pull the pre-chamber out with a sliding hammer.

Then closed the hole under in the pre-chamber space to prevent dirt falling into the cylinder.

Cleaned the pre-chamber space first. It was necessarily to mill the surface.

Placed the milling cutter into the hole. Measured the height between the top and the edge of the miller. Milled carefully so long that the total surface was clean and flat. Remeasured the height again and the distance was -0.2 mm less. Decided to p..a spacer ring of 0.3 mm under the pre-chamber.

p..a new pre-camber in. Cleaned the treaded ring, oiled him and tightened him with a torque of 200 NM instead of the 130 NM out of the manual.

Refitted the injector, injector pipes and glow plug. Be sure that you put in the nozzle washer at the right way.

Then started the engine and sprayed the treaded ring in with water and soap to see or the leakage is solved. No bubbles to see so mission successful.
