Se Puede Limpiar El Filtro?

Encontre un aceite Aleman "Ravenol Atf Btr 95le 1lt" un poco caro pero ni modo(US$ 18,36 POR LITRO+ envio), ya me viene en camino, pero el famoso filtro es muy caro (US$ 58) + envio!!!.

Se puede limpiar el filtro? 
Con 7 litros me alcanza??
